This book is an astonishing indictment of the legal system in South Australia. Dr Ross James - Finding of Unprofessional ConductDr James' appeal will be heard in the Supreme Court on 2 May 2008 Dr James was the deputy to Dr Manock for nearly 25 years. Upon Dr Manock's retirement he took over as the Chief Forensic Pathologist
in South Australia. He has now been found guilty of unprofessional conduct in relation to his work on the Keogh case.
Dr Manock is being prosecuted by the Medical Board of South Australia before the Medical Tribubal for his work on the same case. The Harold Levy Blogspot in Toronto

In May 2006 - Angus and Robertson Online Bookshop listed this book as No 3 in the top ten law books Signed copies available through 'Ebay Australia' You can also purchase a signed copy direct from the author. Most people presume that the legal system works pretty well at dispensing justice. Alarmingly, this is not
always the case. This book, by Dr Robert N Moles, examines various cases where forensic investigations were
later found to be flawed. On each of these occasions the diagnosis of the cause of death had a profound impact
on whether or not a criminal investigation ensued. Each case provides compelling and disturbing reading.
Losing Their Grip - The Case of Henry KeoghThis book is an astonishing indictment of the legal system in South Australia. In 1994, a woman was found dead in the bath at her home. Her fiance was soon charged and convicted of her murder. Subsequent research by Dr Moles has revealed fundamental shortcomings in the evidence and procedures up to and including the trial and the appeals. A Petition by Keogh has been "under consideration" by the South Australian Attorney-General, Michael Atkinson, for nearly four years now. It would usually be expected to be dealt with within three months. Signed copies available through 'Ebay Australia' You can also purchase a signed copy direct from the author. Legal and Expert TeamsBecause of the widespread national concern about these matters, and because some of the officials based in South Australia seem either unable or unwilling to investigate these matters, we have brought together a unique legal and forensic team to ensure that these issues do not continue to be ignored. "Our Mobile Signs" - Coming soon to a place near youOur mobile signs comprise a 20 feet by 10 feet trailer sign towed behind a truck with its own 10 feet by 8 feet sign "Our Chicken" - Coming soon to a place near you
Since the appearance of "our truck" - we are pleased to announce another new comer
to the campaign for justice. "Our chicken" is 1.8 metres tall, weighs about 50 kilos, and
will start pounding the streets of Adelaide next week looking for justice.
It will be asking important people in society, "if there was no fowl play in the Keogh case, why is he still cooped up in prison?"
