The case of Henry Keogh - New Funding

We are pleased to announce that Valerie Armfield, a former solicitor, has agreed to contribute $100,000 to assist with Henry Keogh's claim to have his case re-opened. She said, "I know that he did not get a fair trial, and that is something everyone should be concerned about." We would be happy to talk to any other sponsors who might wish to assist with this or any of our other cases

Searching Networked Knowledge

We have introduced a new "search" option for users of Networked Knowledge
All documents on the site are fully indexed so just enter a name or topic and you can immediately create your own list of NetK documents where the name or topic appears.
Click on the red button "search NetK" to the left of the screen. We hope you find what you are looking for. If not, let us know.
Please bear in mind that it takes the search engine a few days to index new materials. So always good to check "what's new" for the most recent materials

NetK success story

It can be seen from the figure at the top of the page that the use of our materials has been increasing significantly in the previous few months. A significant number of our visitors are from universities and other educational institutions.
We also have many visitors from government departments and law enforcement agencies.
Just over 50% of our visitors are from Australia with the rest coming from international destinations with Canada, UK, USA, Hong Kong and Thailand being amongst the most frequent users. India and China are the most noticeable growth areas. Developing countries are much in evidence.
The rate of accesses is increasing steadily as more and more people are adding the NetK site to their list of bookmarks.
Our current policy is to continue to expand the range of information available, as well as to develop the internal links to facilitate your access to the information.

What a good idea!!

Why not click on the "visitors book" and say hello. Tell us something about yourself - where you are from? How have we been of assistance to you?

Most people presume that the legal system works pretty well at dispensing justice. Alarmingly, this is not always the case. This book, by Dr Robert N Moles, examines various cases where forensic investigations were later found to be flawed. On each of these occasions the diagnosis of the cause of death had a profound impact on whether or not a criminal investigation ensued. Each case provides compelling and disturbing reading.

Losing Their Grip - The Case of Henry Keogh

This book is an astonishing indictment of the legal system in South Australia.

In 1994, a woman was found dead in the bath at her home. Her fiance was soon charged and convicted of her murder. Subsequent research by Dr Moles has revealed fundamental shortcomings in the evidence and procedures up to and including the trial and the appeals. A Petition by Keogh has been "under consideration" by the South Australian Attorney-General, Michael Atkinson, for nearly four years now. It would usually be expected to be dealt with within three months.

Legal and Expert Teams

Because of the widespread national concern about these matters, and because some of the officials based in South Australia seem either unable or unwilling to investigate these matters, we have brought together a unique legal and forensic team to ensure that these issues do not continue to be ignored.

"Our Chicken" - Coming soon to a place near you

Since the appearance of "our truck" - we are pleased to announce another new comer to the campaign for justice. "Our chicken" is 1.8 metres tall, weighs about 50 kilos, and will start pounding the streets of Adelaide next week looking for justice. It will be asking important people in society, "if there was no fowl play in the Keogh case, why is he still cooped up in prison?"
