On 29 June 2007 the Adelaide Advertiser reported “Pathologist Porn Charge”
It said that a former State Government pathologist has appeared in court for allegedly possessing child pornography. Evan Vernon-Roberts 44 was not required to enter a plea yesterday in the Adelaide Magistrates Court.
Vernon-Roberts is accused of possessing the child pornography while working at the Lyell McEwin Hospital, Elizabeth Vale, in 2003.
The former Institute of Medical and Veterinary Science worker was remanded in custody to appear again in August.
