22 July 2005 - Medical Board of South Australia
When Adelaide grandmother Ruth Sorensen was discharged from the QEH [Queen Elizabeth Hospital] she was told she was simply suffering back pain. But 24 hours later she was dead. Mrs Sorensen's treatment has since been deemed seriously inadequate - and although there was no link made, her doctor Stuart Moreau was found to have a history of drug abuse, including cannabis use. Now the tragic case added further to concerns first raised by Today Tonight about the effort of the State's Medical Board to properly protect the public from drug using doctors
22 June 2005 - Medical Board of South Australia
At last the Medical Board delivers its decision relating to Keogh's complaint that Dr Manock had engaged in unprofessional conduct. It has declared that he was not guilty of any unprofessional conduct, and costs have been awarded against Keogh. Those involved are far from happy with this outcome, and explain why they think the Medical Board hearing has not arrived at a satisfactory result

To the shambles that now surrounds the Eugene McGee case and the Kapunda Road Royal Commission. Commissioner Greg James made it very obvious today that he was less than impressed by news that former Director of Public Prosecutions, Paul Rofe, had apparently directed police not to arrest suspects in major crashes but rather to report them in case people presume that somebody would then be prosecuted

5 April 2004 - Dr Rabone and the Medical Board
Further information about Dr Rabone's drug use whilst working at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. The Medical Board of South Australia has tried to minimise the damage of previous revelations by claiming that Dr Rabone was only in South Australia between 1988 and 1991. A check of their files would have shown this to be wrong. Dr Rabone was here as early 1981 - and had a serious drug problem even back then. Even though the Board is supposed to have special skills in dealing with complaints, they have engaged a public relations firm to help them deal with the complaints aired in the previous two programs.

Today there have been calls for an inquiry over the claims that an Adelaide doctor infected scores of patients with hepatitis C. More disturbing is the lack of action by health and government authorities, despite their protestation that they did all they could. While the infected patients are still fighting for recognition and compensation, authorities admit that they really don't know exactly how many more former patients may be carrying the hep C virus.
22 March 2004 - Dr Rabone and the Medical Board
A special investigation into a public health scandal. The patients accusing a South Australian doctor of infecting at least a dozen of them with potentially fatal hepatitis C. They believe their doctor injected himself with their pain killers and then using the same needle, gave them what was left, infecting them with the virus - a claim he denies. This program raises also the role of the troubled Medical Board of South Australia.
19 March 2004 - Rape Allegations
A young Adelaide woman says she was paid $200,000 to effectively keep quiet after two players were charged with rape, and then the charges were dropped five weeks later by the Director of Public Prosecutions, Paul Rofe. Mr Kevin Borick QC is interviewed in regard to Mr Rofe's intervention in the case.

"Well, now a national team of 28 eminent legal and medical experts has come together volunteering both their time and expertise because they are so concerned about what they see as the blatant inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the Keogh case. As Graham Archer reports in this special investigation, some of the sharpest legal minds in the country are adamant that this case urgently needs reviewing and urgently demands a response by the State Government." 17 December 2003 - The Medical Board and Dr Manock

15 July 2003- The Death of Stacey Brown
The Killing of Stacey Brown. Stacey is shot in the head and killed. It is alleged that it was all an accident; that she was playing with the gun and in handing it back it went off and shot her in the head. Although the court accepted this version of events, it seems that the gun was never handed in to the police. Stacey's family were appalled.
9 July 2003 - Ralph Clarke and Edith Pringle
The Case of Edith Pringle and Ralph Clarke. Edith Pringle alleges she was assaulted by Ralph Clarke who was the Deputy Leader of the Labor Party in South Australia. He admits in his written statement that he did use some degree of force against her. However, the DPP withdraws the prosecution because he forms the view that Edith Pringle is not a reliable witness?
9 June 2003 - The Henry Keogh half hour program
Henry Keogh Half Hour. The mystery of the missing car. 3D animation is used to demonstrate that in whatever way the Crown evidence is examined, the theory put forward by the prosecution would be impossible. The track pants which support Keogh's version of events.
7 May 2003 - The case of Gerald Warren
The Case of Gerald Warren. The pathologist said the injuries to the dead boy could have been caused by the fabric of corduroy. It turned out to be a brass rod with a thread on the end of it. The pathologist said he'd fallen out of a moving vehicle. It turned out that the vehicle had been driven backwards and forwards over him. The pathologist said that on each occasion the injuries would have been the same. What do you think?
17 March 2003 - Follow up to the case of Henry Keogh
Keogh follow up. Issues related to sudden death in adults, failures to follow proper procedures, interference with the body at the scene. "Almost nothing was properly checked that night". The suggestion by the DPP that the pathology evidence did not convict Keogh?

The DPP Paul Rofe QC and his gambling activities during the working day. The DPP is being interviewed about the pressures of his job. He is asked about the fact that he takes many breaks during the day to visit the TAB and the newsagents to buy scratchy tickets.

The Petition of Henry Keogh rejected by the Governor. Rohan Wenn interviewer: "But in the sort of seemingly cynical exercise that is fast coming to define this Government, just two days before Christmas, Attorney General Michael Atkinson has begun notifying the lawyers to say the matter won't be reviewed".
